KAIZENTM summer school_workshop #1
In cooperation with our member Kaizen Institute Serbia, KAIZENTM summer school has been initiated.
KAIZENTM summer school has been organized with a goal of promoting and getting more familiar with the KAIZENTM methodology.
Within eight workshops, which are to be organized every Thursday in the period between 06th August and 24th September 2020, the participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the tools and methods which can support them increase their work performance in accordance with the KAIZENTM methodology, a Japanese approach of increasing productivity.
At our first workshop What is KAIZENTM?, which took place on 06th August 2020, the participants had a chance to get more familiar with the methodology itself and its history, 5 KAIZENTM principles, value added and non-value added activities and 7 types of waste but also with the work and activities of Kaizen Institute Serbia and Japanese Business Alliance in Serbia.
More than four hundred participants have joined our first workshop, where they had an opportunity to, through discussion with and presentation held by our panelists and lecturers Bojan Šćepanović, Director and Dragica Đokić, Head of consulting, Kaizen Institute Serbia, get ready for the following workshops by learning more about the basics of KAIZENTM methodology. Also, during the workshop, the participants had the chance to get more information about our business association, Japanese Business Alliance in Serbia, provided by Danijela Čabarkapa, JBAS Executive Director.
