Seminar about Japanese business culture held
On 10th September 2018 JBAS has organized a seminar How to do business with Japan – introduction to the KAIZENTM approach.
The seminar was organized in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS), JBAS member Kaizen Institute Serbia and JBAS Honorary member Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
Mrs. Atsuko Shiotani, First secretary, Embassy of Japan, Mr. Marko Kovacevic, Head of EU Integration Center, CCIS and Ms. Danijela Cabarkapa, Executive Director of JBAS have greeted and welcomed the participants.
The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the foundations of KAIZEN approach, examples and benefits of implementing KAIZEN principles and directly identify potential areas for KAIZEN implementation, through the presentations and lectures held by Mr. Bojan Scepanovic, director, Kaizen Institute Serbia, Mrs. Ivana Varnicic, HR business partner, Dr. Oetker and Mr. Slobodan Anic, country manager, Ametek.
Seminar was also an excellent opportunity to bring the Japanese business culture closer, which was presented by Mr. Takuro Nozawa, director, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Vienna Office.
Japanese food also had its place at the seminar and was introduced by JBAS member Go Sushi.
Seminar has gathered more than 100 participants, JBAS members, Serbian companies and institutional representatives.
